Terms of Service
The terms for using Signature Buddy, including accounts, content, billing, connected services and cancellation.
Effective 16 October 2026 · Workflow Corporation
Using Signature Buddy
These terms apply between you and Workflow Corporation when you use Signature Buddy, including its editor, image hosting, REST API and MCP endpoint. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to manage its content and connected accounts.
Use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how the service handles information.
Accounts and keys
Your account key authorises access to account functions. Keep it confidential and use it only with software and assistants you trust. You are responsible for actions you authorise through connected accounts, scripts, API clients and MCP clients.
Plans, trial and billing
Building and previewing signatures is free. Going live requires a card-backed account. The Pro plan starts with a 30-day trial, followed by US$14.99 per month for up to 10 people, plus US$2.00 per month for each additional person. The app updates the billed quantity to reflect the team size.
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Stripe handles checkout and the billing portal. Review the price, tax and renewal details shown at checkout. Use Manage billing in the editor to change payment details or cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge.
Your content
You retain your rights in your signature content and assets. You give us the permission needed to store, process, host and deliver that content to provide the service. You must have permission to use logos, photographs, names, links and other material you upload.
Signature images are publicly accessible by URL and may appear in email messages shared beyond your organisation. Cancellation does not automatically erase hosted images or remove signatures from recipients’ messages.
Publishing and connected services
Review signatures and schedules before you publish them. Applying a schedule changes signatures in connected Gmail accounts. Google Workspace requires administrator configuration. Personal Gmail depends on available OAuth configuration and Google consent requirements. Microsoft 365 deployment uses an administrator-run script.
Third-party clients and providers can change their requirements, availability and rendering behaviour. We do not promise identical signature rendering in every email client, uninterrupted availability, or that a third party will approve a connection.
Changes, suspension and ending use
We may update the service and these terms as it develops. We may suspend access for misuse, security concerns or unpaid charges. You may stop using the service and cancel billing through the customer portal. For account or data requests, contact us through Workflow Corporation.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Use the service with appropriate review, backups and testing for your organisation.
