How Signature Buddy handles signature content, account records, Google connections, support conversations and public images.

What you give us
The editor keeps your design, roster, preferences and account key in your browser’s local storage. When you upload images, save a deployment schedule, connect Google or start billing, the relevant data is sent to the Signature Buddy service and its providers.
A saved schedule can contain names, email addresses, job titles, departments, phone numbers, signature HTML, campaign content and timezone settings. Only include information you are authorised to publish and manage.
Public signature images
Uploaded images are served at public, content-addressed URLs. Anyone with the URL can view the image. They are designed to remain available in emails already sent and are not automatically removed when you cancel billing or disconnect Gmail. Do not upload private documents, credentials or sensitive personal information.
Google connections
Workspace connections use administrator-authorised access to change Gmail signature settings and read directory user information. Personal Gmail connections use Google OAuth with Gmail settings access. These integrations do not request permission to read email message bodies.
Personal Gmail refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Disconnecting a Gmail account revokes its token at Google and records the disconnection. It does not delete the signature already installed in Gmail or remove public image URLs.
Billing and service providers
Stripe handles payment details, subscriptions, invoices and its customer portal. Signature Buddy stores account and subscription records; it does not store your full payment card details. Hosted service data is stored using Google Cloud infrastructure. Google also processes information needed for your connected Workspace or Gmail account.
The public website loads the Buddy app catalogue to display the family switcher. Design fonts may load from Google Fonts in the editor. These requests expose ordinary request information, such as your IP address, to the receiving provider.
Support
Public marketing and legal pages may offer the Meet Buddy support widget. Messages you choose to send are processed by that support service. The widget is not loaded in the editor or developer documentation, or on public pages when this browser already stores a Signature Buddy account key.
Storage and retention
Browser data remains until you clear it or reset it in the app. Server-side schedules, account records and hosted images do not have an automatic deletion period in this service. Cancelling a subscription stops renewal; it is not a request to erase stored content.
To request access, correction or deletion, use support through Workflow Corporation. Explain which account and information the request concerns, without sending your account key. We may need to verify your authority. Removing a hosted image can break signatures in previously sent emails, and recipients may retain their own copies.
Your responsibilities and choices
Only publish personal information with the necessary authority. You can disconnect Google through the editor, manage billing through Stripe and clear local browser storage. Store your account key securely before clearing browser storage if you need continued access.
