Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for responsible use of Signature Buddy email signatures, hosted images, integrations, API and MCP.

Effective 16 October 2026 · Workflow Corporation

Use a signature to represent yourself honestly

Do not impersonate another person or organisation, claim credentials you do not hold, or use misleading contact details. Only connect mailboxes and manage directories you are authorised to access.

Keep content lawful and respectful

Do not use signatures, banners or hosted images for phishing, fraud, malware, unlawful harassment, threats or other illegal activity. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

Keep private information private

Hosted signature images are public by URL. Do not upload passwords, account keys, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive material. Use only the contact information needed for the intended business signature.

Respect the service and its providers

Do not bypass authentication, probe accounts you do not own, disrupt availability, abuse uploads or use image hosting as a general file distribution service. Do not attempt to evade billing or Google’s consent and administrator controls.

Use automation deliberately

Review the people and content affected before publishing through scripts, API clients or MCP. Protect bearer keys and connected credentials. An assistant operating under your key has the authority you give it; do not give access to untrusted clients.

Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse through Workflow Corporation support. Include the public URL or relevant account context, without sharing credentials. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements.
